Classroom instruction periods will be conducted in group sessions. Behind-the-wheel instruction will be private lessons.

THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE STUDENT IN THE CAR, UNDER INSTRUCTION, AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

DRIVER EDUCATION SCHOOL does not guarentee that the student will successfully pass the Division of Motor Vehicles License Examination upon completion of the course of instruction: however, the school will exert every effort in preparing the student to more than meet the requirements of the examination.

30 - Hours of Classroom and 6 - Hours of In-Car Instruction.

Total charge for classroom instruction: $350.00

A registration fee of is charged for each student enrolling in Driver Education course with this school. This fee is for registration services rendered and is not refundable. Further, the school will not refund by tuition monies or any part thereof, when actual services have been rendered.

The contract constitutes the entire agreement between the school and the student. Any breach of the contract herein will result in a fee of $50.00. Verbal assurances or promises not contained herein are not binding in any way on the school or the student.

Dates and times for classroom and in-car instructionwill be strictly adhered to: however, in the event of unforseen contingencies, the School may make changes to the schedule as needed, Such changes will be made as far in advance as possible and parties notified by telephone, or in person, in each case.

Should the student fail to be at the place of appointment, or fail to cancel at least 1 hour before scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $50.00 per hour, or per LESSON, will be charged for EACH HOUR or LESSON so cancelled. By the same token, should the school fail to keep an appointment without notifying the student in advance of a change in schedule, the next appointment will be conducted at half price; however the reduced rate will appl only to the number of lessons cancelled by the school without prior notifications to the student. Being late for an appointment DOES NOT constitute a cancellation, even though the student may prefer not to drive at the later time.
